At Card Pulse, we follow the Swedish Distansavtalslagen and EU consumer protection rules. This means all consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To use your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at support@cardpulse.se with:

Condition of Returned Goods
To receive a full refund, products must be returned in new, unopened, and undamaged condition.
For sealed products like booster boxes, bundles, collector boxes, etc.:

The shrink wrap must be intact

The product must not show signs of tampering
If the item is returned in worse condition than delivered, we may deduct an amount corresponding to its decreased value.
Products Not Eligible for Return

Opened TCG products
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made a packing error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund using the same payment method you used.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
